We love FASTR! We have been using for abandoned cart recovery for a while now and it is easy to use. The staff is also great. Arthur is super helpful and quick with responding. My only feedback is that you can't add pictures to the texts to help with advertising.
Patrick, my customer service rep, got back to me quickly and came up with a simple solution. I love this app and the different ways to recover abandoned checkouts.
At first, I was a little hesitant, but Fastr's support team (David and Patrick) exceeded my expectations. Their quick responses and invaluable advice helped me set up the app smoothly. Since then, the system has worked perfectly and my reminders have been sent very smoothly. I highly recommend Fastr to all Shopify store owners!

I've just installed the app and it looks really cool and useful for recovering abandoned checkouts. In less than a minute Patrick helped me set up the app with SMS and email reminders.
