Fastr: SMS & Email Marketing

As a Shopify store owner, dealing with abandoned carts has always been a significant challenge for me. After trying various apps, I finally came across Fastr. I can confidently say that Fastr is a solid performer in its category, though it has room for improvement.

It didn't take me long, just 5 minutes to set the necessary reminders and it does the rest automatically. One of the best Shopify app I have ever used when it comes to recovering the abandoned carts with SMS and email. The support is top notch. I'll definitely use on all my stores. I tried many other app but they all have a complicated onboarding process and ask you for many things before activating the campaigns. This app is straight forward, in few clicks you start making money. I recommend it to everyone who want to swtich from other SMS apps. It's 200% worth it.

Haven't used the app at all in the past months and have not signed up to any sort of paid plan either in this time but despite this they took 41.94 USD from me. Only ever got one reply from them and then they went ghost. I didn't authorize any sort of charges or done any sales through their app in this time that would explain the charge. Look at all the other reviews and you'll see a pattern of them doing this to other people as well.

Well thought-out app for recovering abandoned checkouts, whether by sms, email or push notification. I'd like to thank Patrick from customer support who really helped me understand how the app works. All I had to do was set the reminders and the app would take care of the rest. I'd definitely recommend it.
