Overall, I think Bytestand offers great integration between Shopify and Amazon FBA shipping. Bytestand's customer service is timely and helpful. Note: If your Shopify store receives Facebook orders for FBA items, don't expect automatic Bytestand fulfillment to occur due to the way Facebook places a temporary hold on their orders. Currently, you will need to manually request Bytestand fulfill these items after the hold is removed. I discussed automating this workflow with Shopify, who indicated they would pass along an enhancement request to their engineering team.
I typically don't leave reviews, but with the exceptional service I just received from Cara, I had to jump on and leave my 2cents. App works flawlessly when set up correctly, but had a small issue and used the Chat with Cara. She patiently guided me through all the steps and even logged in and reviewed all the settings and test transactions to ensure I was fully up and running. Kuddos for the excellent customer service! 5 stars for the app, plus an additional 5 for Cara. I give it a 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is a great experience using bytestand !! All the orders outside USA is fulfilled automatically. Todd was of great help all through out!! Looking forward for useful apps from Byte stand. :)
I've recently launched in the US using FBA to fulfill orders from my site. Using ByteStand automates the process of sending orders to Amazon and pulling the fulfillment info back. I had a slight issue in that the orders though fulfilled on Amazon weren't changing from open status on my store. I asked Chip from ByteStand to take a look and he did so very quickly. Turned out the fault was with Amazon being slow to actually ship so the BStand app was working fine. Outstanding customer service and a good product. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.
Had an issue related to subscription app which was not working with Amazon FBA, i raised the issue with help support via chat with "CARA" who was most helpful indeed. she sorted the problem in no time and went further to assist me in providing detailed instructions to get the customer order sorted. Bug shout out to CARA at Bytestand for sorting this and being incredibly helpful! If only everyone at all the help desk supports were as efficient as her then we would be well ahead of the game!!! Thank you again for excellent customer support from CARA!

I used this App to connect my Shopify Store to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment in Germany. Set up is quite easy. Support from Cara is very friendly and efficient.
