Since the implementation of the latest update (known as FLEX, launched May 2024) our store has been broken - orders not being filled automatically, orders being marked as rejected in Shopify but actually processed in Amazon leading to duplicate orders, and our non-Amazon fulfilled orders no longer being fulfilled automatically. Staff I interacted with seemed nice and tried to be helpful, but in the end it's still broken and the result was "this is Shopify's fault, not ours, so nothing we can do about it. If you're a simple store shipping in one region and only using Amazon for fulfillment, then this may work for you. But if your business is slightly more complex, sells products in multiple countries using multiple third parties for fulfillment, then this product in its current state will not meet your needs and may interrupt the non-Amazon automations you have. We're exploring other options.
In my years of working with online companies and services, it's rare to encounter the level of support that Cara from ByteStand provided. She truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue I faced. Not only did she address the problem promptly, but she also took the initiative to record short instructional videos, walking through each step of the process as she fixed the issue. This not only solved the immediate issue but also empowered me to learn and troubleshoot similar problems in the future. Cara's dedication and expertise were evident throughout, and I greatly appreciate her promptness and effectiveness in resolving the issue. She's truly exceptional at what she does.

We've been using the ByteStand app for a while now, and we must say, it has simplified our life as a Shopify store owner. I'm new to Byte-Stand, and I use its plugin on Shopify to connect to Amazon. It's a good tool, but I got confused while setting it up. Before giving up, I contacted customer service. Fortunately, Cara helped me out. She's experienced and took the time to explain how Byte-Stand works with Amazon and Facebook. Since then, I've been using it without any problems. Cara is an asset to the company.
This is A GAME CHANGER for our business. It allows us to sync with our Amazon backend to flawlessly fulfill thousands of orders a month. Cara with the support desk is THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED to customer service. Truly, our business wouldn't be what it is today without her help. 10/10 recommend everything about it.
This is easily the BEST application for bundling products and/or setting up shipping through Amazon and other sales channels. It has alleviated SO many issues and headaches for my brand. The customer service is absolutely top notch as well, chat with a REAL person and they resolve all your issues within minutes. I would give this 100 stars if I could. Just install it.
The app operates seamlessly, but on the rare occasions when issues do arise, ByteStand's exceptional customer service is always there to provide support. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is so impressive that if it were possible to award more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
