Pretty intuitive app, works seamlessly with Shopify settings. As a larger store shipping ~100 orders a day with a mix of FBA and manual items, we used Shopify Plus flows to automate the fulfilment of the FBA orders only, still allowing us to manually fulfil orders. Cara was a huge help in troubleshooting what was a new process to both of us.
After trying many apps and getting nowhere, I am so glad I found this app. Set me up super quick and walked me through the process! Support is 5*, thankyou so much to Cara! Excited to now launch my website!

Cara is absolutely fabulous and is always on point with any questions. And if something isn't easy to answer or a new issue she digs in and gets the answers quickly. Couldn't find a better support helper. The App itself has come a long way from a few years ago and supports subscription apps now like ReCharge! YAY! Kudo's to the app devs and their hard work.
Excellent support to work through any of the technical details that I hadn't set up correctly. They even filmed a short video to show me exactly what I had missed, and then were able to request collaborator status to help me make the adjustment. Super helpful.
The prices are definitely not cheap for the various country and feature add ons, and it definitely made me question if this was really going to pay off. Perhaps not appropriate for smaller sellers, and they could consider a volume based initial discount to make it more approachable. But my trial ends tomorrow and I have a confidence that I can expand this channel enough to compensate for the fees over time, especially as I grow my SKU count.

Great Customer Service. Straightforward to use. The response for any questions and concerns is highly detailed. Always a good sign of a great company IMO
