Hello Cara, Thank you so much for calling me back today and helping me understand the setup process for ByteStand's FBA Shipping. Specifically the workaround to switch my products from amazon_marketplace_web and the fact that I will need SnapSync... :) Again, I really do appreciate the personal support and Shopify setting verification... Love the app, it makes fulfilling my orders so simple and hassle free. Great support also when integrating the app to your store and the continued help after that. I highly recommend this app.

We're a small $40 p/m customer for ByteStand's app, yet they went out of their way to help configure our Shopify store to automate fulfilment of our Website orders using our Amazon FBA stock. Once you understand how their app works, it's real neat and totally removed our Shopify + FBA integration headache... Highly recommend....

very useful app especially you are scaling. in addition to the app's outstanding functionality, cara is maybe one of the best customer service I've ever had for a very long time. she's knowledgeable about the problems and solutions, she listens to my situations, and provides really helpful advices.

The app is fairly easy to install and configure. Once setup it works without much management at all. Our store uses subscriptions where orders are generated automatically by a third-party app and I had some trouble figuring out how to configure this. I chatted support and got in touch with Cara right away. She immediately knew exactly which settings to change to solve my issue (less than 5 minutes and we were syncing subscription orders)! Thanks Cara!

I am using this app to ship products from my Amazon FBA warehouse in Europe. So far works quite well. Also, these guys have fantastic customer support! Especially grateful to Cara for providing detailed video explanations on how to set up the app properly! Really well done!!

Used this app for a while. Occasionally it wouldn't allow customers to complete their purchase claiming that we didn't ship to the UK. Approx 2% of orders affected. Shopify adamant problem isn't with them. Tried to get Bytestand to look into the problem but after hearing nothing on the subject have given up. Voting with our feet and moving to another app which also offer inventory synchronization.

This is unfortunate as this shop owner was with us for over a year. We communicated many times over email with this customer, and explained Amazon will not return rates if they have no inventory. This is Amazon's way of saying they cannot ship something they do not have.

Hahaha our fulfilling days are over!!!
There's a scene in Breaking Bad when Walter White and Jesse elevate their hustle to the next level; they go from pushing "units" one by one to wholesaling in bulk with the help of Gus Fringe. Using ByteStand is a lot similar. Why spend every day pushing individual orders when you could just send an entire batch to Amazon.

Definitely the best FBA app for Europe: it provides precise tracking to customers (through Amazon swiship service), it allows customer selecting delivery speed and it also enable customizing Amazon Packing Slip. Technical support is excellent!

App setup is not exactly intuitive, which was kind of expected. But their customer support is very prompt and thorough, especially Cara. Really appreciate her assistance so far!
