Let me start off by saying that I didn't mind paying $85 a month for this app because of the customer service. There are many apps on here that are much cheaper, and Amazon even has a free one! I'm a very busy business owner and dealing with customer service agents can be a very time consuming task. Cara is great! The problem is, she's not always there. She will be there on chat, but when chat's not available you get this other agent named Todd. He's rude, condescending and quite unwilling to help. It's a complete 180 from Cara. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue using the app, but if I don't, it won't be because of Cara. Why would anyone want to spend their hard earned money with a company that treats their customers this way?

I lost a ton of money on FBA shipping. It is complex and one size shipping doesn't fit all types of products for fulfillment.

I called ByteStand and spoke with Todd the owner, he was great!

I installed the app and was able to get it going in no time and ensuring that I have a small margin on shipping!

If you use FBA you need this app! Thank me later!

Super Cool App. Todd was insanely helpful. Little confusing to set up when you have multiple fulfillment options, but they help guide you through it super easy.

the app stopped working recently, but it has come back up after 1-2 hours, and the team has been responsive since then. But it may need a little bit improvement on preventing the downtime from happening again

This is the best app for having amazon FBA fulfill your shopify orders. The customer service is excellent too!

I used this app to fulfill my shopify orders through amazon fba. It not only save me money on the shipping but also freed up my time to focus more to grow my business. Setting up the app was easy once you follow the video instructions and Cara was always available ready to assist if needed. Great experience overall all and saving $$ is always a plus.

This is the right partner for connecting your Amazon to your Shopify store. Cara in customer service is a one person show, but she absolutely kills it. Customer service is the reason to choose this app as your partner. I also use their snap sync app. Both are solid.
