We had a little difficulty getting the account setup in the beginning but they have the most amazing support team who worked with us diligently until everything was working perfectly. I would definitely recommend their Amazon FBA shipping app and Cara is the best!!

This app is great! Had one issue and Cara quickly walked me through how to solve it. She sent me a video and walked me through it until my issue was fixed. Highly recommend this App and Cara!! Top notch customer service

Good app but even better customer service. Not only is Cara quick to reply, she provides clear instructions on how to resolve the issue. Her Knowledge Base tool is extremely helpful.

I connected the app and got my first orders but I wasn't sure the connection was working. Reached out to Support, talked to Cara and her support was amazing. Everything was working fine, pretty good!!

I'm very happy with this app as it has made triggering Amazon FBA shipments automatic. I have no issues with the app at all and have used it for close to two years now. I'm especially appreciative of Cara who patiently helped me recently troubleshoot an issue, which turned out to be on the Amazon side and not related to the app at all.

This is an awesome app that does a great job of simplifying the process of using Amazon FBA to fulfill Shopify orders. I've been using it for about a year and I think it's a must-have app for anyone trying to accomplish this. And the customer service is extraordinary! Most companies give you canned replies that have nothing to do with the issue you're seeking help with, or don't go deep enough to resolve your issues. Gennifer at ByteStand did just the opposite. She took time to understand the root of my issue, then created detailed instructions with screenshots and directed me to relevant videos and articles. Customer service like this is rare, thus I'm grateful for ByteStand's app and their support.
