We were facing some major issues that our products couldn't sync the Amazon FBA inventory correctly (all products shown all out of stock on our website), the Bystand support team was giving a prompt reply and provided a professional support right away, really glad we chose this APP for our MCF.
Appreciate what you did for us Bystand!

Awesome service, just awesome. I had an issue with the instillation (that was Shopifies fault), left a ticket, was called back in a couple hours, resolved right away!

I used 2 apps before trying ByteStand. Bytestand works great, but I have to say they're BEST asset is their customer service. Setting up a connection with MCF is not trivial and there are a ton of settings to change, and their customer service literally walks you through everything, sending you screenshots and even doing the adjustments for you if you want. Stellar service and app, will definitely continue using!

I have to admit there were a couple hiccups along the way but the support (Cara) was fantastic. We got the whole thing done (Deliverr to FBA) and now it is humming along. Very happy - thanks, highly recommend!

I like how straight forward and easy to use this app is. It's fantastic and extremely helpful. The technical support is extraordinary especially Cara, and the turnaround time for responses are first class! I would recommend this app to anyone using Amazon's FBA.

Although it turned out Bytestand was not the appropriate solution for our needs, we received excellent customer support from Cara who helped us resolve our shipping problem. Thank you for the excellent customer support Cara.

A fantastic app and even more fantastic support! This app is reducing a ton of stress by allowing me to consolidate operations through Amazon with seamless customer experience. App set up is super easy with easy to following guidance. When I ran into some issues with how Shopify was set up on my end, Cara provided amazing support and the issue was fixed in no time. I cannot recommend it enough.

I can not recommend the app and especially the service provided. We have a running shop and implemented the app. First we never, after several tries got a full setup from the guys. We asked them several times for a detailed documentation about the linking. They couldnt provide and just showed us one crappy video. Then we had some extended requirements about EU wide shipping and different charges. Its not supported. If you sell FBA and FBM you will get in a lot of trouble. Then we deleted the app and all the settings were broken. Just a big mess up. Just to let everyone know. Its a very crucial process with the app and the support is really bad. Thats a reason I wouldnt go for these guys. How can you offer something like this and not even provide a complete documentation for a setup?! Thats in no way professional. And then you get one reply every day. Good luck to get this running.

This might be the most illogical review we've ever received as our app was working perfectly on this store!! And this customer knew the app was working fine. So no idea why we got a bad review!

As for our customer support, we exchanged 22 chats with this customer. I counted.

We are available via phone, email and chat during normal business hours.
