We've been using the app since a year now and the integration works great. Minor issues that needed to be sorted out but Todd from the team has helped us resolve it.

Cara was great! She walked me through everything making sure the ByteStand Amazon app what installed and operating correctly. She also was able to answer all my questions and concerns.

App works really well - opens the order and it's created on Amazon straight away - providing the right quantity is availability. Also fantastic support from Cara when enabling the app and ensuring everything was set up correctly.

the app guides you well through the installation process and is not a hassle in any way. it will save us a ton of time in the future! when we faced some issues due to our wrong settings set up, Cara was extremely helpful to resolve the issue and has even pointed out some other things she noticed in the settings that could be problematic. she even made a vid for our shop to guide us through the ...

This app has saved us so much time and money! They always handle help resolve our issues even if it means reaching out to other apps and working together with them. They are a small team so responses can take up to a few hours for them to get back to you on. Sometimes this can cause issues if it relates to a functionality that you need for sales.
