Amazon MCF by ByteStand

I'm very happy with this app as it has made triggering Amazon FBA shipments automatic. I have no issues with the app at all and have used it for close to two years now. I'm especially appreciative of Cara who patiently helped me recently troubleshoot an issue, which turned out to be on the Amazon side and not related to the app at all.

This is an awesome app that does a great job of simplifying the process of using Amazon FBA to fulfill Shopify orders. I've been using it for about a year and I think it's a must-have app for anyone trying to accomplish this. And the customer service is extraordinary! Most companies give you canned replies that have nothing to do with the issue you're seeking help with, or don't go deep enough to resolve your issues. Gennifer at ByteStand did just the opposite. She took time to understand the root of my issue, then created detailed instructions with screenshots and directed me to relevant videos and articles. Customer service like this is rare, thus I'm grateful for ByteStand's app and their support.

Support team is amazing! I had a ton of pent up stress about trying to get Amazon and Shopify order fulfillment to communicate and how challenging that would be to sort out, but this app makes it seamless and the support team was there to help fine tune it to my needs and reassure me that it was all set up properly.

The customer support is excellent. Cara took great care of me! I had a couple of issues while integrating the app, but they were very helpful getting me on the right track.

We've been using ByteStand since December 2022 and have been so impressed with how easy it is to use. The stand out is the amazing customer service we've experienced. I use the app to move orders received into Shopify to Amazon for MCF Fulfillment. I also use the app to update Shopify with Selling Prices and Inventory Quantities from Amazon. I highly recommend ByteStand. The set-up was straight-forward and easy. They have a series of very short videos that explain and walk you through each step. If you do have questions, need help with a step or run into any issues, their support (based in the U.S.) is terrific! If the functionality is what you need, I would definitely go with ByteStand Amazon FBA / MCF Shipping.

I am using this app because Shopify is no longer providing support for the Amazon marketplace app. Cara answered all my question while I migrated to the ByteStand app. I was even able to do a video call with her to make sure things were setup correctly.

Very happy with this fulfillment app, it seamlessly connects Shopify with our Amazon FBA. Had minor issues in the initial setup, but it was very quickly fixed by Cara from their customer service. Would highly recommend it!
