Truly amazing customer service support from Cara and the set-up took less than 30 minutes. Also, the app works fast (within 60 seconds my Shopify order was imported to Amazon!).

This app was exactly what I was looking for. I was having a storage problem with my product, now I don't have to worry about that anymore because this app allows me to fulfill my Shopify orders directly through the amazon warehouse. On top of all this, their support is excellent! I had Cara help me with a few setup issues and she made it seem so easy. I felt like I was chatting with someone who actually enjoys helping others! Great support by Cara. Set up can be complicated but once we received the first order, Cara provided outstanding support. Even created a video on the fly to show me how to resolve the problem.

Works great to connect FBA to Shopify and fulfill orders. The virtual bundle feature is also a big win, cutting down on time to fulfill orders of products we usually sell together. Customer support is great and gets back to us with any questions we may have.
