The app works beautifully and it's removed the trouble of manually fulfilling orders. ByteStand was very helpful in coaching me online with changing my Shopify settings.

The agent Cara, was very helpfull during several days in a raw. She tried different ways to troubleshoot the tehcnical issue we had. She quickly answered the messages. Thanks a lot Cara!

I had a minor issue which turned out to be with Amazon (duuh) and not the app but Cara from their support team was incredibly helpful and took ownership of my issue from start till end. Definitively 5-star support and the app does what it should and is really easy to set up.

The setup works very smooth so far, customer service is great and Bytestand offers many other very interesting features.

Happy to explore them all in the future!

I must say that this is an amazing app. We have been struggling to find a solution to ship our Shopify orders from our amazon FBA inventory and this app does the job very well. Although there is still some scope of improvement, yet this is an great app. Their customer support is great too. I had a ton of questions and their customer support rep Cara has been very helpful. The support is dedicated to help resolve any issues. Got two calls to help minimize the back and forth on email and you can tell they care about their customers and want to help through any set up problems. App runs smoothly and can connect multiple shopify stores to 1 Amazon account, save yourself the time and money fulfilling orders and use ByteStand.

Ran into some issues initially but they called me and were really cool and helpful. They fixed all the issues I ran into, would recommend this app for sure!
