Amazon MCF by ByteStand

ByteStand works really well for our setup.
It automatically sends our Germany and UK orders to Amazon for MCF fulfillment, including subscription and upsell orders, which saves a lot of manual work. The Virtual Bundle feature also makes it easy to map product bundles.
Inventory syncing is smooth too - FBA quantities are updated in Shopify automatically.
Simple, reliable, and does what it’s supposed to.

The deets: ByteStand is helping me automatically send US Shopify orders to Amazon for MCF including imported TikTok orders. The free features like order delay and shipping rules are helping ensure specific orders aren't forwarded to Amazon and I have time to edit orders before they are sent to Amazon.

We’ve been using ByteStand MCF since 2022 to route our EU (Germany) orders to Amazon for fulfillment, and it has been extremely reliable. The Rules feature gives us great control over whether orders go to Amazon or our 3PL, and the Order Delay feature is very helpful for automation. This app solved my problem when Amazon's own app could not. We only have a single SKU at Amazon but wanted to sell multi-packs on our Shopify store. So this app is enables us to sell 2-packs and 3-packs of our single SKU item in Amazon. In other words, this app enables us to ship "Virtual Bundles" to our Shopify customers and fulfill from our single units at MCF (FBA).

Some of the best customer service I've seen. Cara was so helpful jumping on 2 calls with me to get everything set up. The app is very easy to use, very simple, and has a great layout.

I originally had another MCF app installed starting with W but the app looked awful, there was no instructions on how to set up, and the customer service was incredibly bad and pushy once I said I wanted to move off the app. ByteStand wins in every way.

Very disappointing experience.

Be aware that the price shown inside the app is not necessarily the price you’ll actually be charged.

We also learned that if you disable a market, the pricing does not automatically return to the original price, even though the app may show that it has.

This resulted in us overpaying around $400. Customer service offered very little help beyond an $80 refund.

Misleading pricing and poor customer service.

The ByteStand app is robust yet incredibly easy to use. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, ensuring shipments flow cleanly between our Shopify store and MCF without friction.
