Amazon MCF by ByteStand

Wow - this is exactly what i was after!! I've been selling on Amazon and have now branched out into Shopify. I needed an app which would seamlessly link my Shopify orders into Amazon, so they could deliver as part of FBA and this is exactly what i was after.

I had some issues setting up, but the support from Gennifer was amazing! Sorted some issues with the code and got me up and running - really impressed with the support. Gives you confidence that any future issues will be promptly resolved.

This will be a game changer as i can sit back and not have to worry about fulfilling orders. So happy i found this app!

I had a ton of questions regarding if this app was right for my business. I spoke with Chip at support who was super knowledgeable about their app as well as Amazon FBA. I went backwards and forwards a few times with Chip over the course of a week. All of my questions were answered at every stage. Great support !!!!

This app was simple to install, we did make one error though- so I reached out to customer service, and support agent Cara helped me right away! It only took a few moments and found and fixed my issue. Total setup time was at most 15 minutes, including the trouble shooting. I am very happy with Bytestand!

The app is very friendly and easy to install. Customer service is awesome, especially Cara who was my representative. She helped me with the onboard process and recorded some videos explaining how to solve some specific issues from my store.

I used 2 apps before trying ByteStand. Bytestand works great, but I have to say they're BEST asset is their customer service. Setting up a connection with MCF is not trivial and there are a ton of settings to change, and their customer service literally walks you through everything, sending you screenshots and even doing the adjustments for you if you want. Stellar service and app, will definitely continue using!

I have to admit there were a couple hiccups along the way but the support (Cara) was fantastic. We got the whole thing done (Deliverr to FBA) and now it is humming along. Very happy - thanks, highly recommend!
