Cara in the Support team is awesome, and extremely fast. Everything in the app is well described and also has video tutorials on youtube.

Live human interaction (what a concept) with an intro demo walking you through the entire setup process. Cara - was incredible and available post demo! Their step-by-step video makes for an easy install. Since Amazon dropped the MCF App ByteStand's picking up a ton of new business. I noticed that you have to be sure to include two new fields in the Bulk Editor step: "Track Quantity" (do this first) and then "Fullmennt Service" fields - in that order. Cara will point this out during the demo! Great customer service!!

This app is great! The app connected my Shopify store to Amazon and they helped troubleshoot issues we had over the phone.
They have Amazing customer support, Cara is the best!
