Amazon MCF by ByteStand

I had a ton of questions regarding if this app was right for my business. I spoke with Chip at support who was super knowledgeable about their app as well as Amazon FBA. I went backwards and forwards a few times with Chip over the course of a week. All of my questions were answered at every stage. Great support !!!!

Definitely agree with Taco vs Burrito. The wording was confusing and also lead me to buy into the app. I am looking forward to the multi market place integration that the language alludes to. The support by Gennifer is reliable but they need to consider changing the write up as it is misleading.

This app was simple to install, we did make one error though- so I reached out to customer service, and support agent Cara helped me right away! It only took a few moments and found and fixed my issue. Total setup time was at most 15 minutes, including the trouble shooting. I am very happy with Bytestand!

The app is very friendly and easy to install. Customer service is awesome, especially Cara who was my representative. She helped me with the onboard process and recorded some videos explaining how to solve some specific issues from my store.
Totally recommend the app, the customer service and Cara as well!

Customer service for this app is top notch. Cara takes the time to look into your issues and even creates video tutorials to help. My biggest issue is that you need to purchase 2 different apps (FBA Shipping and FBA Import) to have a complete solution.

This app is exactly what we needed to automate our product fulfillment for our Shopify orders through Amazon! Cara is incredibly helpful and was able to help us make sure we were set up properly. Highly recommend!

I used 2 apps before trying ByteStand. Bytestand works great, but I have to say they're BEST asset is their customer service. Setting up a connection with MCF is not trivial and there are a ton of settings to change, and their customer service literally walks you through everything, sending you screenshots and even doing the adjustments for you if you want. Stellar service and app, will definitely continue using!
