I'm new to Byte-Stand, and I use its plugin on Shopify to connect to Amazon. It's a good tool, but I got confused while setting it up. Before giving up, I contacted customer service. Fortunately, Cara helped me out. She's experienced and took the time to explain how Byte-Stand works with Amazon and Facebook. Since then, I've been using it without any problems. Cara is an asset to the company.

Easy to install, amazing customer service, and you get to try it out for free! Highly recommend :)

the app stopped working recently, but it has come back up after 1-2 hours, and the team has been responsive since then. But it may need a little bit improvement on preventing the downtime from happening again

This app was exactly what I was looking for. I was having a storage problem with my product, now I don't have to worry about that anymore because this app allows me to fulfill my Shopify orders directly through the amazon warehouse. On top of all this, their support is excellent! I had Cara help me with a few setup issues and she made it seem so easy. I felt like I was chatting with someone who actually enjoys helping others! It's easy to set up with the instructions from Cara. If you need assistance, Cara is available via email or phone when you schedule a time to speak with her. She'll help you through all your issues (as long as though issues are about the app).

Great app for integration between Shopify and Amazon. I'm a new customer but have been very happy so far. There definitely are some nuances to getting things set up and understanding how Shopify and Amazon work together, but Cara is amazing and always helpful as customer support. There are also plenty of tutorial walkthroughs on setting everything up and dealing with common issues. Highly recommended.

Customer support was very helpful, Cara helped me with problems I was having with setting up shipping rates, and she even told me about features I didn't know the app had, saved me a lot of work.

This is by far the easiest integration with Shopify and AMZ FBA. I talked with Cara through support, and within just a few minutes she helped me troubleshoot my integration. Customer service is INCREDIBLE. In general, customer service for apps is nonexistent but they are always so helpful here. I've reached out with many questions and I've always received a quick and helpful response. I've worked with Cara who is truly fantastic. I definitely recommend this app. I'm not great with technology or computers but even I can work the app.

Overall, I think Bytestand offers great integration between Shopify and Amazon FBA shipping. Bytestand's customer service is timely and helpful. Note: If your Shopify store receives Facebook orders for FBA items, don't expect automatic Bytestand fulfillment to occur due to the way Facebook places a temporary hold on their orders. Currently, you will need to manually request Bytestand fulfill these items after the hold is removed. I discussed automating this workflow with Shopify, who indicated they would pass along an enhancement request to their engineering team.

It might not look that realistic seeing all these 5 star reviews mentioning Cara, but honest truth this app does what you think it should (except for sync stock, but there's another Bytestand app for that) and the support is next level. Really amazing for shipping inside the EU
