App does exactly what I needed! Never have to pack another box and drop it off at UPS. Great support, I always get my questions answered. They seem to be open to new ideas on improving the app such as notification for multiple shipments for one order. I highly recommend it! Works as promised.

She also educated me along the way on the process and followed up with an email with a video link and a breakdown of what was done for the future just incase I had to go ahead and take a look back in the future.
