For an improvement, I would add a plugin so the shipping address automatically validates with Amazon's restrictions. An Issue I have is some clients go over the 60 character limit and I have to manually shorten the shipping address so it passes through
We've connected our German Amazon account to Shopify through ByteStand. Sending our EU orders automatically to Amazon for MCF fulfillment. We also use Rules by ByteStand to block specific orders from being sent to Amazon and instead letting our 3PL ship larger orders, to save money. The app sync our inventory from Amazon to Shopify automatically and the Virtual Bundle feature is helping us translate our product SKUs to ensure Amazon ships the correct products. As our product SKUS in Shopify are different than their Amazon SKUs. Plus, it's nice that the support team is US based, human, and responsive!
Amazing customer service! They helped us set up the app start to finish in under an hour over video call and are available for any questions or concerns. They helped us ship orders to USA and Canada customers, sync the inventory in both countries from Amazon to Shopify, and provided SKU translations allowing us to ship bundles, which was not an option with previous services.
