What does it mean to publish the contents of a private email in a public place without the recipient's permission?

And this email says "Please reply...".
This is because I have sent many inquiries via email, but have not received a reply.

Had issues with this plug in at first but the Dev team, mainly Alex, was quick to help resolve the issues I was running into.
