After having some initial questions about the integration into Shopify, I contacted the support team here at PH Ship and received immediate help. I have used this app for almost 3 years and, overall, good value for money; however, very problematic with Fedex Freight shipment rates. I would not recommend this app if you are shipping bulk or heavy items like we do. These 5 star reviews aren’t justified in my experience.They always blame Fedex for the same problem that happens 5-6 times every year which costs us thousands of dollars in sales because their app cannot pull the economy freight rates from Fedex API and shows the crazy expensive 1-2-3 day express freight rates. If it’s a Fedex problem, which has lasted 6 days this time, how are you able to get these expensive rates? Same problem every year and same excuses, no live support whatsoever. I am the owner Tilehouz.com, by the way. Cancelling your app as soon as I set up the new rates services app.
