Exceptional customer service and a huge time saver for label creations with accurate shipping costs!

The staff is extremely helpful! Setting up FedEx shipping is pretty complicated when it comes to getting your authentication key, printing test labels, etc. These guys were really helpful getting us approved with Fedex and customizing our settings so our negotiated rates showed currently.

If you are doing most of your shipping fulfillment with Shopify, This is the best FedEx label solution as of December 2021, as Shopify only supports USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping from the US. If you are using the FedEx website to fulfill, this will cut down the amount of time to at least 1/5, if not more. The only thing I cannot comment on is the shipping rates shown to customers in their checkout process. We use another app to calculate that. Lastly, their support team is great. We have had two or three problems with setup or software bugs, but they get back to us within an hour with solutions or workarounds. Bug fixes come in two or three hours following.

This app is worth the 5 stars just for the help from customer service. Sorting out the shipping is complicated however you do it, buy having this app it helps to integrate it to your checkout so customers can see live rates and any taxes. Plus it takes out any risk of copy/paste or re-typing customers address because you can print labels directly .

I had difficulties getting our FedEx rates to reflect the same on our website. Thanks to Manohar helping me fix the issue on a Zoom meeting, our store is showing the correct rates.

The app works well, its not intuitive you have to browse a lot. The good thing is that if you have any problem Shashi is fantastic solving it, really helpfull!!

We ship thousands of packages monthly and this app handles the volume well. They are also very responsive with adding new features that we need (printing labels in advanced vs. waiting until the day-of) and helping us troubleshoot (even when it isn't their issue). Highly recommend!

The app is a lifesaver. The developers are very quick to respond and helpful with resolutions. I initially rated it four stars due to my confusion with generating a specific type of label for my whiskey company, but Addina was a rock star and helped me resolve my issues live step-by-step for over an hour.
