I will say at first, it is a little confusing, BUT they have the best support I have ever experienced!

Once you understand how the system works, you will realize it is actually very intuitive and crazy powerful.

This app makes printing the labels needed for our FedEx account much easier. Before, we had to manually add everything on the FedEx site, but this is a great solution. Also, customer support is top-notch, as they are there to help with any questions you may have.

Excellent service. Very Knowledgeable on the shipping rates calculations. The actual billed rates from FedEx vs estimated rates were very close.
Also, no limit on how many shipping labels you can print is a breeze.

Stellar support, like I have never had before: after installing the app, they immediately called me and scheduled a Zoom call, during which Priyanka walked me through all the settings of the app and Shopify markets, zones, shipping, etc.
