I have contacted customer service many times regarding many concerns and they really helped a lot. We are trying to display the estimated shipping time at our checkout page by full integration, while maintaining 2 constraints: not showing the customers the exact courier company, nor the shipping cost. This is one of the few apps that provide this kind of integration and its really helpful!

We have been using this app for 3 years.It was useful so we recommend it to everyone. Now we are experienced an issue for 9 days, sent several emails but didn't get a solution.We can't use app , we can't create labels , delayed orders so we have many unhappy customers because of Pluginhive bad customer sevices.

Esta muy bien el plug solo le agraegaria mas tiempo en cuanto reportes, dejaria todo el año para consumo ya que solo dan 30 dias. Opcion de configurar idioma

Great app with amazing customer support. Their entire support team is on top of everything and very fast to respond! This app allows our customers to get live fed ex shipping rates which we needed! We can also print shipping labels and so much more. I spoke to a few different people and everyone has been super nice and helped with getting us all setup! Thank you again and keep up the good work!

Our customers haven't actually opted for shipping with the app yet, but I can tell you that the customer service on the set-up was great! At first, I was really discouraged because I was trying to use a flat fee and a free shipping option along with our own fed ex express rates and I couldn't get all three, but Shashi Kumar set up a Zoom and now all the options are visible now to our customers. He was pleasant, helpful and it was all easy to understand with his guidance. Be aware, there is a time difference with their customer service so just let them know your timezone and a few blocks of time that work. They came back to me within 12 hours (on a weekend) with an appointment in my timeframe. I can't complain about that kind of customer service at all.

The App is reasonably complicated to set up but then logistics, in general, is overly-complicated in the first place! However, after perseverence with FedEx and the Ship team we got it going and, well, not sure how I ever managed before. I wish I could have had access to a FedEx account and this app 3 years ago!!!
