PH Ship Rate & Track for FedEx

Sibi was helpful with the ground economy checkbox not being as needed to get our special Fedex Rates, THANKS SIBI~

This App is very smart and easy to operate our shop. We could cut down more than 15min for each order shipping process.
And also great support from PluginHive team for setup when we installed App.

We have been very pleased with PH Ship Rate & Track. They are quick to reply to our requests and it is very easy to use. They were very helpful when we were just getting started as well.

The app works great. Support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish, if they had an option to add additional insurance on selected orders only by using any certain criteria (order value), instead of either selecting all or none.

The app really speeds up our processing of shipping documents, the support is top level, and their ability to make adjustments to enhance the product is great.

This plugin really simplifies our fulfillment process. It is extremely flexible, and can be configured for many scenarios. The amount of settings can be very overwhelming, but the support team is extremely responsive and helpful. Be sure to test your configurations before going live.

Looks like a pretty straightforward way to apply FedEx OneRate to our online orders, creating easier choices and cheaper shipping for our customers. I worked with Shashi K. to set this up on a Zoom call, and he was great - knowledgeable and patient, talking me through my questions and testing all rates before finalizing. We were online together within 15 minutes of my phone call -- very reassuring to know that the Support team is so responsive.

Once everything is set up, which does not take long at all, the app helps to make the switch to using FedEx on Shopify pretty simple. The team at Pluginhive is quick to respond to any questions, and contacted us almost immediately to set up an onboarding call to go over the details of using the app. Very impressed so far!

Excited to see all that this app does but ALREADY absolutely THRILLED a Shopify rep suggested it. Not having much tech experience, linking my FedEx account to get live quotes seemed a little daunting. I emailed PluginHive with the information and w/in less than 24hrs they integrated my account with FedEx!
