Thanks to this app, we have achieved the full automation we have always wanted. We don't know how much manual work has been eliminated thanks to this app. We are very lucky to have found this app. It was worth the search. The support has been nothing but amazing. As I am new to Shopify and shipping, I've thrown a thousand questions and issues at them and they never fail to respond with a solution or guidance. Most of the time the responses are almost immediate, and even on weekends. Great app! Works exactly as expected and needed! Offers the feature to tag certain products as alcohol so that the correct FedEx label is printed - the "requires adult signature" label. This is a crucial feature for our business. Customer Service was excellent - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This app integrates well with FedEx and the customer service is quick and competent. I was able to use the Saturday service feature to provide a better service.
This plugin is incredible! It's the only way to use Fedex with shopify. When I had small issues with the app their support team (Manohar V was excellent) quickly jumped to help me debug the issues. We worked on the problem for almost an hour until we fixed it. Very happy with this Shopify app!!
