Had a wonderful walk through about the process start to finish. Was encouraged to contact support if I had questions with Fedex. Manohar was helpful in all my questions. Also very helpful to return as shipments increased.
Shashi helped tremendously with helping explain the workflow of the app for our first shipment using the app. It was very easy and explained by him perfectly. This app makes shipping much easier for our store that requires special shipping.
