It has a lot of bugs and is missing a lot of functionality. The customer service is pretty good and responsive but they can’t always fix the problem.
We have been using the app for a while and have run into several limitations that make it difficult to work with. If you need to partial fulfill will not be able to use the app on the remaining part of the order since it does not support partial fulfillment. Also, if there is a large order that exceeds fedex order size, when you need the app the most you are left resorting to entering the information manually, one package at a time, into FedEx site.
Works great with Fed Ex Tech support was very helpful and patient with getting things set up !
It takes quite a bit of set up and is not straight forward. We needed additional support to set it up to meet our needs. Also, the FedEx credentials and authentication did not work at first. The support team however was very helpful.

As informed over the call, you were unable to get ONE RATE as your products’ dimensions were not matching FedEx boxes dimensions. Once your products were setup correctly, you received the ONE RATEs from FedEx API.
Label Certification process is a FedEx’s requirement which every FedEx user must complete. This is not a limitation from the app. We are working with FedEx to simply and expedite this process to help merchants.
