The app is very good and is the only one in the app store that gives you all the options...but... the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Just WOW!!!

I looked long and hard for an app or service that could compute accurate shipping rates and found this one. So far so good - no more padding out rates by 30% to account for home delivery + declared value + ASR! Support is very responsive.

Good app to integrate FedEx shipping in your Shopify store.
Ship, Rate and Track for FedEx is a solid Shopify app that allows me to ship FedEx One Rate and have access to my company's negotiated shipping rates. The app works as expected and the customer service stands out. Jon was responsive and knowledgable. I couldn't have asked for more.
