I have used this app for almost 3 years and, overall, good value for money; however, very problematic with Fedex Freight shipment rates. I would not recommend this app if you are shipping bulk or heavy items like we do. These 5 star reviews aren’t justified in my experience.They always blame Fedex for the same problem that happens 5-6 times every year which costs us thousands of dollars in sales ...
We have been using this app for 3 years.It was useful so we recommend it to everyone. Now we are experienced an issue for 9 days, sent several emails but didn't get a solution.We can't use app , we can't create labels , delayed orders so we have many unhappy customers because of Pluginhive bad customer sevices.
