Fantastic customer support and all around an A+ app! The calculated rates are EXACTLY the same as generated from our FedEx Ship Manager account (down to the penny), and dimensional weight calculation is SPOT ON. Highly recommend for anyone using FedEx to ship!

If you want to set this app right, you will need support from them. Contact them support so they can help you or walk you through how to set it up. They were very patient with us to help us set this up and answered any questions we have until we fix any issues. After set up, creating the shipping label is super easy and Im glad I found this app. Super app I recommend.

The only app we've found truly works for linking One Rate with Shopify. Honestly a huge downfall of Shopify's that you can't link FedEx One Rates directly, but Pluginhive fixes that. Customer support is fantastic as well. Our one rates were populating based on customers ordering more than 1 unit and it scaling up the box size. But they helped us immediately

We use this app to ship our products around the US and to print labels quickly. The support was very attentive and helpful in the set up process. It took some time to confirm all of the account details, but they made sure to be responsive and see it through. Now that it's set up it makes printing labels so much faster.

We ship a dozen boxes via FedEx every day using our own account with discounts for flat rate Pak and Medium Box. We were copy and pasting addresses like crazy. This AP is amazing... it works GREAT! I downloaded this app to integrate our FedEx account with our Shopify store, offer our discounted FedEx rates to customers and create FedEx labels. It works perfectly and their customer service is great. Jon walked me through the setup and gave very clear, patient instructions. One great feature I was not aware of when I downloaded the app is the box packing feature. Once you enter the dimensions of your products in the app, it automatically calculates the box sizes needed for an order based on those dimensions. Huge time saver. I am glad I found this app and highly recommend it.
