This app is amazing. Before I had to import all my orders into my shipping software, but now at the end of the day we have the option to only print fedex orders with just a click of the button, which is a game changer for us!

The app works really well on all accounts and the customer service staff is very helpful and attentive. My only issue is that FedEx is not fully integrated with Shopify as UPS and USPS are so it is not as convenient but the app works really well. If you need FedEx for Shopify, this is the app to use. Thanks

All of the customer support team are very supportive through the integration with FedEx. They do fast respond to give feedback on my issues and are always straight to the point with the solutions. Very polite. Especially Manohar V and Addina. I found the wrong setting with the packaging and calculation rates which I don't understand. But they quickly resolved the issue. FedEx Rates, Labels & Tracking has helped us get much more accurate shipping rates for our customers. And the support team is extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to solve a technical issue with Fedex rate calculation that was generating wonky rates. We couldn't recommend the app more!
