Quick response time in answering my questions. The system is very user friendly when printing labels.
PH Ship, Rate and Track works great and the label generation is easy with the app and awesome customer support
This app is great! Makes FedEx label creating on Shopify so much easier. Exceptional customer service from Prathyusha and her team. Every question I had, was answered within 20 mins. Highly recommend!!

I inquired about a setting to not allow our shippers to use Fed Ex when the address was a P.O. Box. They told me that they didn't have such a setting but would look into creating one. They did it within a week! Now that is good customer service!!

I have worked with this time quite intensively over the past few weeks to get set up and they have been nothing but amazing. The quality of service has been wonderful and I would highly recommend both the app and the service.
