Great customer support and set-up guidance, and all the functions we need.
Integrated FedEx into Shopify well. So far so good. Support did a Zoom call to show me steps and make sure I knew how to process my orders correctly.

This app is great and cuts out any human errors and a lot of time consuming tasks. Very easy to set up and lots of options to customize for all business needs. 100% a recommended app.

Service was great and explained everything very clear
The plugin itself does everything we need it to do, especially since we use One Rate, and it was recommended to us by our FedEx sales rep based on their clients' feedback. Regarding support & customer service, Shashi responded almost immediately after I submitted a ticket, and was able to help fix my problem right away.
