I do not understand any of the negative feedback. This App is a 6 Star experience. Customer support is off the charts.

They scrubbed my shopify website and sent spam mails advertising their plugin to all my email addresses. While this is not illegal, it's super annoying. Their 'support centre' website is full of broken links or standard texts. The user interface is not userfriendly and even after checking their website (and 'video') thoroughly, it's still not clear what service they're actually providing. I'd stay away.
First of all I'm very sorry that you felt the need to write a review of this nature, we clearly dont want anyone to have this sort of experience with our service.
But lets sort some facts out, you obviously have some sort of of problem with your website (they scrubbed my site) but this is categorically nothing to do with us. When you install our app you grant us 'read only' permissions to your product database. We can change nothing as regards your merchant storefront's configuration or data. What you are saying we have caused is completely impossible, please look elsewhere for the cause and do not throw accusations like this around no matter how dissatisfied you are with us.
I have looked into what you mentioned as spam emails - we sent a promotional email to I can see 3 email addresses on your domain, sorry if they all landed with a single recipient, we clearly will ensure you are not contacted again.
We provide a service to create product data feeds to drive digital advertising campaigns, again apologies that was not clear. Its a little bit puzzling that you had no idea what we provide yet you installed us despite this? Well sorry we couldnt help you, we will try to take some lessons from this & best of luck of for the future anyway.
Incredible support from these guys. While we we're setting up our first feed, their support proactively (without us requesting for support), went through the feed and corrected it for our newbie errors. First time we've ever seen that with any app developer.
Also incredible nice app and backend dashboard, including many prebuild feeds for various sites - EXCELLENT!

I regret to say that my experience with the customer service was far from satisfactory. Despite numerous attempts to address a seemingly simple task, the communication was unfortunately inadequate, leading to a frustrating back-and-forth. This not only resulted in the loss of several days, but also failed to yield a resolution to the issue at hand. A better understanding of the customer's needs and clearer communication would significantly enhance the overall service experience. In this instance, I'm disappointed to say, those expectations were not met.
Hi there, we are clearly disappointed that you didnt have a positive experience and please accept our sincerest apologies. You say 'numerous attempts' though, we delivered only two initial versions of the feed for your testing - I must be clear - it is possible to stick the landing immediately but it is a far from unusual to have to try a few times before an ideal configuration is found.
I said in our last communication re the latest feed, there were still question marks about your exact requirements re. the product images. We had ideas of where to go should we not be successful & we would certainly have got there eventually given time. We didnt get to the third version of course however.
I'm sorry for the wasted time though & hope you do get sorted with another feed, but I would advise a little more patience for what its worth.
We completely take on board problems with delays in comms over the weekend however, we fell short of our normal high standards here & will seek to remedy this.
This app is absolutely fantastic and the customer support is just as good. I've had no end of support requests promptly resolved and I always trust that any issues I have can be overcome quickly. I would 100% recommend Feed Donkey to anyone looking to build custom-structured product feeds using their Shopify store data.

One of the best support team in business. Great app to create datafeeds of your products. There are many templates in Feed Donkey that will fit to almost all needs. But we had some special requirements for our project. Thanks to Martin and Amanda, we had a customized datafeed in about 30 minutes and all adjustments that need to be added after, were done in minutes, even if i asked them to add it weeks later. Feed Donkey Team you are all doing a great job! Thank you guys!

We run an Enterprise Marketplace and have been struggling to find the perfect app that could support a multitudes of SKU spread across multiple expansion stores without a hiccup. Other apps either had limited features or charge ridiculously for some of the features. Feed Donkey was exactly what we needed and it had all the features at the best price possible. For anyone looking for an app to create Feeds to connect anywhere, Feed Donkey is the way to go. And their support just backs their awesome app. We were able to create custom feeds, especially that we had granular control on what we included in the feeds as well as the feed output. Worth every single penny, and would happily even pay more. Shout out to Martin for the awesome above and beyond support.

The best Shopify Data Feed app out there! A really powerful app to create product feeds (Google, Facebook, etc...) with all the details you may need. After testing other apps, Feed Donkey is the only one I found to create with great accuracy several feeds. The support is also really fast and helpful when you need some help to create specific fields.
