Had an issue but they solved it promptly. Good support

Great product and support is crisp and fast!
We use FeedHub for our store, and Ricky provided exceptional support while helping us work through a fairly complicated setup. From the outset, he was professional, clear, and extremely patient, taking the time to make sure everything was configured correctly.
Ricky went above and beyond to guide us through the setup, explain our options clearly, and ensure the feed was working exactly as it should. His support made what could have been a frustrating process feel straightforward and well-managed.

So far, it’s been a great experience. We had a minor issue with the product feed not syncing to Meta, but support handled it quickly and efficiently. The customer service was excellent, Ricky was especially helpful, kept us informed throughout the process, and clearly explained the issue and the resolution. Solid support and a smooth experience overall.
Excellent Support Experience
Ricky provided outstanding support and was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was quick to identify the issues, explained everything clearly, and guided me through the steps needed to get things resolved efficiently.
He was patient, responsive, and very professional throughout the conversation, making sure all my questions were answered before wrapping up. It’s clear he knows the platform well and genuinely cares about providing good customer support.

So far it seems great. Had a slight issue with product feed not syncing to FeedHub but contacted support and it was dealt with incredibly quickly and fixed at their end. Customer service was great too, kept updated as to what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. They then updated me again when it was fixed.
Generally works well. On occasion, products will just disappear from FeedHub with no warning (except from Google merchant center to advise of a sudden drop in products).
It's as if Feedhub suddenly can't see products, despite no changes being made to anything.
I can't complain too much as we're on the free plan.
Update: Tried fixing the issue for an hour, then tried support (on holiday). Have since uninstalled and tried a new app which is working fine.
Update 2: Well the new app did not have any historical product data with merchant center, which was about 4 years worth. So, I am back to Feedhub as losing that much data would be disastrous for an ad campaign. Reinstalling Feedhub seems to have fixed the issue, thankfully
