We've found this tool to drop cost per clicks significantly on Google, and dominated with impression share on the Google Shopping space.

- Keinerlei FAQ´s oder Hilfen für Einsteiger (abgesehen von einer Terminbuchung).

- Bearbeiten des Google Shopping Feeds nur über Export / Import nach Google Sheets möglich. Wie soll ich so eine korrekte Google Produktkategorie hinterlegen??

- Die "AI" Empfehlungen sind schlicht und ergreifend grobe Empfehlungen anhand ausgefüllter Felder.

- Größter Minuspunkt. Das Tool hat ungefragt die Datenquelle aller vorhandener Shopping Einträge auf sich geändert. Nach Deinstallation des Tools und löschen der überzähligen Datenquelle bei Google Shopping waren alle Shopping Einträge weg!!!!

We do have an editing tool and a rules engine, but as you mentioned, the lack of proper documentation is an issue. The AI is essentially a guessing tool that fills in missing data based on what you’ve provided, and you’re right to point that out. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the data source change. We’d like to investigate further, and if you can contact us, I’d be happy to help optimize your shopping feed free of charge.

WOW! I am absolutely obsessed with this app and their customer service team! I was having some issues with my Google Ad's and Microsoft Merchant Center connecting to my feed and I set up a call with Stephen Power.

Stephen was personable, kind, and helpful throughout this entire call. Stephen advised me that they will set up my connections manually and get back to me in a few days.

I am blown away by the amount of time Stephen took to speak with me - It was a 30 minute call and Stephen went above and beyond to assist me even to go just a little bit over our scheduled time to ensure everything else was working well.

Regardless of the "free trial" - I will be making sure to work with this app and its business simply because of how amazing the customer service is.

In addition - I figured out how to use this app on my own prior to my meeting with Stephen by watching the video that was provided.

Our agency recommended FeedOps as we were new to Google Shopping and Merchant Centre.
We noticed considerable increased in traffic to our site just from the free listing.
