WOW! I am absolutely obsessed with this app and their customer service team! I was having some issues with my Google Ad's and Microsoft Merchant Center connecting to my feed and I set up a call with Stephen Power.
Stephen was personable, kind, and helpful throughout this entire call. Stephen advised me that they will set up my connections manually and get back to me in a few days.
I am blown away by the amount of time Stephen took to speak with me - It was a 30 minute call and Stephen went above and beyond to assist me even to go just a little bit over our scheduled time to ensure everything else was working well.
Regardless of the "free trial" - I will be making sure to work with this app and its business simply because of how amazing the customer service is.
In addition - I figured out how to use this app on my own prior to my meeting with Stephen by watching the video that was provided.

Rules don't work/ apply . Google gave me Misrepresentation and now all the products disappeared from Google Merchant .
0 customer support ! For 2 days I'm trying to reach them with 0 response.

We love FeedOps for optimising our Google Merchant Centre Feed.
It's very easy to optimise product titles and types to drive cheaper cpcs, but also increase CRO.
Our agency partner does all the feed optimisation for us - Contrarian Path.
It's a fantastic tool, but the method is equally as important.
We strongly recommend the tool for any eCom brand doing Google Shopping.
