Feelingwear is a powerful tool for enhancing the customer journey on our site and driving better results. It is easy to use, intuitive, and backed by a highly capable team true partners when it comes to brainstorming ideas, seamless implementation, and ongoing collaboration.
We are currently using the Smart Agent, which functions as a human shopper across the web, alongside the Missing Sizes and Proactive tools. All solutions integrate seamlessly into our site, enabling customers to enjoy a noticeably better shopping experience

I've been using the AI shopper for missing sizes on my site for over a month now, and I can clearly say this is the best online salesperson I've ever hired! Integration was as simple as clicking Install and choosing the text color. Since then, our shoppers have repeatedly used the tool and it’s already become a habit for them. The ROI is just great!

I was skeptical at first... we're a busy team and I didn't have the bandwidth to manage another app integration. But honestly there was nothing to manage. It just worked.

The natural language search does what it says, and the unavailable size feature has been the real surprise instead of hitting a dead end, customers get shown similar items in their size. We've kept sales we would have otherwise lost.

The rest, proactive suggestions, complete the Look, quick add-to-cart, all adds up. Glad we tried it. I'll also install on another website I manage.
