Customer service is fast and excellent! They fixed an issue I had once I switched themes and I started to get new customers after there setup was complete. they even sent a screenshot of their work! I am excited about this App!

I've been testing the app for a few days and it is really user friendly, easy to use and does exactly what I need.

I have been using it for few weeks now and I was able to add my first customer opinions manually, what is great because I had few customers before I found FERA App. You can create campaigns and decide when do you want to send the mail to ask for the review, what helps a lot. And I also love that the app has got the possibility of adding photos, and a title to the description.

Great for more than just review. Easy to reach support if needed. Would recommand this app for everyone.

Super easy installation and a great help with importing reviews from other sources! Overall the interface is incredibly user-friendly and the learning curve is very brief.

Good App, Finally a review app with not the same bad layout. I tried so many apps and all of them had the same bad looking reviews UI, not this one
