Not had the app long enough to see an increase of sales, but the set up and installation is straight forward and simple. Lots of features!

Really cool app, it gets the job done.

I like how the app is fairly easy to use. One of the functions I like is the customer's journey. It details what they did in your store so you can get a gauge of if the customer is willing to buy or not. Useful if you have a lot of products and want to see which ones have the potential to sell and which ones should be taken out of stock. Pricey app though. I'm only on the free plan, which is changing to a paid app soon by the maker and I can't really afford yet.

Easy to install, works well with enough features to make it worth the money. Only issue is sometimes the app doesn't load on our home page. Otherwise, all good!

I tried several review apps before and wasn't happy with them. Fera is the first I used that I'm super happy with. Very easy-to-use both on customer side and on seller side. Had all the features I needed (currently using the free version which allows only one widget: I chose the reviews widget). Great UI/UX, easily implemented within the site style - so it looks as a part of it - aesthetically, which was very important to me as a fine jewelry designer. I've added the reviews within the product page - and they fit in so nicely - check it out on: noasharon.com Very good customer support when needed, and a superb experiment for me as an online creator & merchant. Highly recommended!
>> had to come back change it to 4 stars b/c they reached with an offer (that was sent with NO expiration date) and when I reached back to redeem, about 2 weeks later they replied that the offer is no longer available. I find this very unprofessional.

Just learning how to deal with it. Looks pretty simple and good, with a lot of features. I'll add some extra review after some time

I use this App for Reviews only. it would be great if the app also had email/pop ups .. then it would cover everything in 1 app
