The app works perfectly, you can set a lot of things yourself and if you do need support, it happens within a few hours. They take a lot of time and solve every problem together. I can recommend this app to everyone!
I tried out other review apps, but I came back to Fera because it is the only one that easily lets me display past reviews from my Etsy shop on my website. The customer service is also excellent, even though I am still on the free version. They quickly cleared up a technical glitch I was experiencing after reinstalling the app for the second time. The other review apps I tried were dismissive when I reached out with technical difficulties. I definitely recommend this app and would consider upgrading to a paid version as my shop grows.
I needed help, badly, i reached out in the chat box, never know what I am going to get, I am not a computer savvy person, but I find many providers have chat people who don't know whats going on. These guys totally rocked. Holden took care of me. I made some errors a few times, things were my fault, and he got me through. I am very appreciative for his excellent service and getting it done.

I signed up in 2023, and had a great experience, until now.
I was offered a free trial on Oct 29, 2023. I downgraded back to the free plan Oct 29, 2024, but was charged $99 for the premium version. I contacted chat support to have this fixed. They let me know that Shopify has to fix it. I contact Shopify, who lets me know that that is incorrect and that Fera needs to apply credits for the charge, and gives me all the documentation to give to Fear to correct the fee.
I contact chat with this information, and all of a sudden, 40 mintues go by and no one responds to the chat. I ask what is the hold up? Usually, I can chat and have an issued solved in 5 minutes. But today, I am ignored for over an hour.
Chat support comes and says they will review and get back to me. Another 30 minutes goes by. I ask when, he says he is swamped and can't get to me. I ask to be transfered, he says he is the only person online, and there is no phone number.
Also, as I am on the free plan, when I went to Shopify's end in the billing settings, Fera is going to charge me $9.99 on Nov, 27, 2024 for a premium plan I DON'T HAVE.
DO NOT USE THIS APP. Something is up, and there is no communication when they need to correct billing. I am so disappointed.
When we ran into trouble Roel stepped right in and helped us troubleshoot and solve the problem quickly. All this on a major holiday! So grateful for the quick and knowledgable help and support! Made our day
This is an awesome app. It allows my customers to give their feedback. And for future shoppers to see.
This is a great app! We've been using it for over a year, and our little pottery studio has racked up almost 1500 reviews. We worked with Fera's support team to reposition where the reviews show up on our site so that they can more easily be seen by customers browsing for our pots. We have a very loyal and appreciative customer base, but I think all the positive reviews really help us get more first time orders.
I love it! We even have options for how the reviews appear on our site.

i’ve gotten 7 or 8 reviews so far with Fera in the last few weeks and am very satisfied with the app. we use the public API to show reviews on our non Shopify store which was easy to set up.
The support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They addressed my concerns quickly and provided clear solutions. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly appreciate their efforts!
