Besides this being a great app that does exactly what it advertises, the customer service is second to none. I had an issue with the app, and even though it turned out to be a mistake in my theme's coding that had nothing to do with this app, their tech support fixed it for me. I was really impressed!

It seems pretty good so far. Ive only just downloaded it. Im still figuring out how to use it. It would be good to be able to import reviews from facebook.

The customer service team is brilliant, always there to help & nothing is ever too much hassle for them! The app is great too

Had difficulties with the aesthetics of the widget and Roel was a great help by sending a video on how to edit the custom CSS. As I replied the next day, Holden was there to help again and even gave my widget a makeover even when I didn't ask for it and it was perfect! Thank you so much Roel and Holden! Just started using this app, so far so good! But it definitely made it better with such good customer service!

Fantastic APP and the support is great. If you need multilanguage, then this APP is for you. You can really customize everything.

I love this app! I saw it being used on an online store that I frequent and had to start using it for ours! We're just getting started out, but plan to expand our Fera use in the coming months!
