great app. love it. works very well, confused about billing but still 5 stars. try it out, you won't be disappointed. JK. I wrote this yesterday and a friend told me to reach out to support. I'm glad I did. Holden is the MAN. Seriously!!!! If everyone in this programming world worked like Holden. I think this will be a lot less stressful. Conversation went like this. Hi, I need help. Identify problem. Holden solved. Then, he asked follow up questions, and solved problems I wasn't even aware of. Lastly, he then added the skills to the products that I only wanted. Instead of the default all of them. Holden is amazing!!! Thank you
I just started using this App, so far it's doing it's thing. I like that the customers are able to post pics and videos. Also Holden from Fera, walked me through everything and made the desired adjustments. Thanks Holden, you're the best!

Very quick to learn, and it quite affordable then other apps, which are kind of worse. So overall good experience with Fera

Easy to use. Customer service is quick, responsive and extremely helpful. The integrations, visibility & feature of adding pictures and the incentives are great as well. I do hope they bring back sales pop in the future though!
