Installed today, had an issue the reviews were not showing due to my store theme, but i contacted the Fera team through messaging and within a few mins was working perfectly. They also did some extra custom edits to make things flow better, FIVE STARS ALL DAY!!!!!!!! Thanks guys :)

The support is great it responds quickly and resolves all problems, the app itself does the job fairly well with an amazing interface. Easy to set up, use & update 9/10
I really enjoy the features that I'm allowed to use on a free trial, it makes me want to purchase an actual plan as I am already accustomed to the app.
