We have looked everywhere to try and find what "view customer journey" means.

I've used at least 2 other review apps on Shopify is the the easiest to use and the most intuitive. I need a bit of help setting up one aspect of my widgets and Kemi was absolutely wonderful, she made it all so easy and everything looks great

Awesome app, woks great, I synced my reviews from etsy.

I tried another app first to add my Etsy reviews to my Shopify page but I could not figure out how to implement it. I contacted their support but never heard back. I saw Fera's app and gave it a chance and was very pleased with all the helpful navigation on how to use the app. I had one question on how to create a separate page for my reviews and reached out to Fera for support. I received a very quick response and soon that page was active! Very happy with the App and the support, highly recommend!

It is user friendly app, it has a lot of free features which is encourage you to keep on using it.

Amazing service

Easily the best review app I've used so far. Interface is very user-friendly and the customer support is incredible. Holden, in particular, goes above and beyond and helped me with everything I needed and he communicated clearly and responded instantly. It is also very cost effective if you switch to a paid plan right away instead of using their free trial. Cheaper than judge.me and is arguably more aesthetically pleasing.
