Great so far!

I am using the Fera free plan. I love the App. It is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with my store and the support is outstanding. Fera is everything I need for my small business.

Great app! Lovely customer support. The app is very handy in use, a lot of great features, like the automation emails and widgets! It gives a great boost to my webshop!

Hands down the best app for managing and displaying customer reviews. I have not found another app that works as well as Fera!

Shortly after downloading Fera i had some issues relating to settings i changed in Shopify (prior to downloading Fera), the error page prompted me to communicate with support. Based on past experience with other apps, I fully expected to meet a very unhelpful bot on the other end of the chat, that was NOT the case. Instead I was connected with Roel (a real person!) who was quick to respond on a Sunday night no less. He patiently assisted me with not only Fera but with fixing settings in chrome and Shopify to ensure that everything was running as it should. I HIGHLY recommend this app extension for your store even though i'm only just starting, i am confident that if any issues arise it will get sorted by someone knowledgeable and kind. Thank you again Roel.
