Support is extremely fast and was able to fix everything I want in seconds. Im usually a persson that hates to wait on live chats but it was worth it since it was so fast and helped me a lot.

This app is amazing it literally does all the work for you with little to no effort. The hard work is done even on free plan which makes it even more special and trustworthy. This app Fera is an amazing app.
I would definitely recommend this app to any business. As a start up, we rely on reviews and recommendation to grow our business and using Fera has helped us so much. Fera is has been easy and straightforward. They have anticipated your every need and and are always there to answer your questions and queries.
I tend to be pretty tedious in ensuring that the apps we add to our Shopify store match the rest of our branding. I contacted Fera with a singular question which then turned into quite a few updates and Roel quickly assisted me in making quite a bit of magic happen.
We just launched and the ability to sync our Amazon reviews and introduce automated review requests has been a game changer for us!

We just started using Fera about a month ago. The app is super intuitive to use for us and support is prompt. They respond pretty quickly and are very helpful! I would definitely recommend using this app.
