I would highly recommend Fera Product Reviews. It works really well with customers and the recent updates to the API allows for some nice customisation with our brand and store theme. I found this app through Google and I am so glad I found it. My only regret is not find it earlier.
My store looks so pretty and it makes so much more sense paying for their fees over paying for trustpilot (extremely expensive and overrated).
Money is not even the issue. But the widgets from trustpilot are so ugly and not aesthetic pleasing.
This app can customize the reviews to perfectly your website and looks so high end and customized. Not to say how amazing their customer service is! I basically spent the whole afternoon requesting changes from them and they were so quick to do every single one of them with so much efficiency! Im grateful i found this app!
A very good app
Just how customer service should be super helpful team and my best experience so far with a shopify app. The free plan offers a lot of value and I upgraded to a paid plan to support this team as I think they are doing things right

Fera is a great review app. Very easy to set up, easy to use and easy to import past reviews from ETSY or other platforms. The support is also what makes this app really amazing. Always quick to respond at any time, and they are all very knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend this app to set up review section for the store!

I was using Fera on Wix and when I switched to Shopify, I decided to continue to use it because of how much I liked it!
It is like loox but free. The support is phenominal. really Worth it.
Fera's team was extremely quick to respond when I had an issue. I'm very happy thus far with the app!
